History

Established in 1982.

Dr. Carl Englebardt, M.D., graduated from Union College in 1968. He went on to receive his medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1972 and completed his internship at Albany Medical Center, followed by a residency in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic. He completed a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the same location in 1982. Since July of 1982, Dr. Carl Englebardt, M.D. has practiced cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery in Schenectady, New York.

Dr. Englebardt believes very strongly in professional development. He is constantly striving to improve his practice for the benefit of his patients, and thus participates in educational meetings on a regular basis. He has been certified by the American Board of Surgery since 1981 and the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1983. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)
