Three Oaks Carwash

Very sloppy work.
$ 20 later water stains and the cup holder is sticky and still dirty. Windows are streaked and it took them less than 7 minutes and my car was down, very rushed.
Carpets still are dirty now with a nice big dirty foot steps from the guy drying my car.
Waste of money!

First time here. Got a carwash and decided to get a detail. The car came back looking like a brand new car. I am super impressed with the job. I would come here again and refer all my friends.

They have gotten worse, they don’t dry off car as they did before, not worth the money anymore, never going back there again, everyone save your money go somewhere else, …

Used to love this place. The workers put a lot of effort into waxing and drying off the car and wheels after it ran through the machine. I always get a diamond exterior wash which is the top wash. Lately the workers leave my car half dried and miss sections of the car. I go home and have to finish it myself which is a joke. I always tip these guys well either way but they need to go back into doing a solid job because lately they just rush it even when the car wash isn’t busy.

We have had our car for 7 years and never had it detailed. 2 kids and lots of spilled drinks later, it was nasty and stunk. Took it over to Three Oaks to have them do the deep interior. WOW!!! It’s like a new car!!! Great job guys!!! I’ll defiantly be back!

First time there today. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere. Was greeted by the owner. Will definitely come back. Just moved into the area so was looking for a good car wash, this one is the real deal.

Yay! I love my freshly detailed car! I couldn’t be happier with the way my car looks. The interior and exterior were meticulously tended to. I have never had anything but excellent service from Three Oaks. I highly recommend their services!

I was in the neighborhood and happen to stop in. Steve the owner is a very personable individual and accommodating. The prices for the service are reasonable and I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone within the area.

I went in for the Full Service Wash $ 16.95. I walked away from my car expecting the vacuum guys to do a decent if not a great job. It was not good. My recommendation on that is that you should stand by your car whilst they vacuum.
Two stars for my visit are for good exterior wash, window (inside & outside) cleaning & 20% student discount I got.
For management, please make sure you check the vacuum team, they aren’t doing a good job for reasons you/​they know.

I have not experienced any of the bad things other people have at this car wash. My car always looks great when I leave. Also, I was impressed by the way they handled the amount of cars, which was considerable, when the first spring thaw came. The wait in line was hardly more than any other day.
I have one of those punch cards and pretty soon I’ll be getting my free wash. We’ll see what happens with that.

Went today first time not bad but seen all the comments guys that’s terrible. Makes me not want to go again. But any how they clean my mats did my windows very good I think they do a very good job

I stopped today for a car wash $ 16.95. Not worth it! poorly done job. Exterior still had stains in it when I left the car wash. Vacuum inside was ok. But I could have done a better job myself. Was quite annoyed when I got home that the passenger side and my hood had stains on it after my long drive still there. Very annoyed.

I was driving past this car wash on a bright, sunny day and decided to stop in for a car wash. Their sign by the road says $ 5 wash but that must be for an exterior quick wash only. I did the more expensive but cheapest of the interior & exterior washes for $ 19.95.
I can see what some are saying about them missing some spots during the wash, but overall I was pleased. The guys spent a little extra time working on my car so I definitely knew I got my moneys worth. Overall, my car looked shiny & new from the inside out.
Catherine P. gave a great tip on the floormats! $ 1 per floor mat to have them washed and they removed all the salt from mine. Woohoo.

We’ve been coming here for years. You get $ 1 off if u bring in your last receipt, they always have coupons in the mailer, and they have a punchcard and online deals. The guys work hard and do a good job. Be sure to tip

I AGREE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! This car wash damaged my husbands car. The owner would not take a bit of responsibility at atll! He is a piece of work and as we all can see doesnt take pride in customer service or how he handles business. CRAP CAR WASH !! DONT SPEND A DIME THERE!!! PLEASE PASS THE MESSAGE!!!

Three oaks is fine. Thats the only word to describe it. I have been several times and I’m not expecting much for $ 15 (now increased to $ 16.95).
They ALWAYS leave streaks on the inside windshield of the windshield. Yesterday, I got smart and went over when they were doing the windows and drying off the car and specifically pointed out what needed attention. For example, there was some footprints and salt on the bottom part of the inside of the doors, I pointed it out and they cleaned it off.
They will wash your salt covered floor mats for $ 1 each. This alone makes me happier than others that come here. Where exactly are you supposed to do this at home and not make a mess EVERYWHERE? For a buck a piece, they satisfied this princess tight-​ass!
They don’t do the BEST job vacuuming, I’ll admit that, but they do fine for what they do. Yes, I would like them to do better but unless you point it out to them, they will not learn. so my tip to everyone: supervise your vehicle. Stay with it from start to finish. Stand there up there ass if you need to, and if you are not happy with something, tell them. Show them and they will fix it!
To management: you need to improve on training. If I can see the dirt, so can everyone else. Streaks are unacceptable. If your staff wants tips, they need to earn them. (side note: I have never gone and not tipped.) I realize they are out there cleaning car after car in all temperatures but lets be honest, they need improvement. If you read ANY of the Unilocal reviews, you can see people are displeased, myself included.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! They do terrible work and damaged my car ($ 245 repair). When I called the owner a second time after he didn’t return my call the day it happened (claimed he never received the message…) he denied any fault and basically called me liar.
Believe the bad reviews you read about this place, they are all true!

Nothing pisses me off more than having a service performed and ending up having to do more work on my own.
Was in the neighborhood and took my car in for a wash and vacuum. I exited the car and waited patiently. As you probably know, car washes take time. It might be 10 minutes; it might be 20 minutes but you typically know what the work will look like. You could imagine my surprise when the car was ready in 6 minutes. I looked around and let’s see
1) Dust on the doors still
2) The backseat was barely vacuumed and not cleaned
3) Windows still smudged.
I asked them to fix the issues and they did 1 &3 but was told cleaning the seats was a detailing item. I asked for the rag and wiped them off myself and kept the tip in my pocket. last trip to 3 Oaks for me.
