RUDE! Called for a gutter/​downspout repair & they had their gutter guy call me. We played phone tag a bit & each message he left me he was pushing to come out & do the job right away. When I finally talked to him — he was home & it sounded like it was a bad time… he was very rude to me when I said I wanted an estimate (I think he got mad I wasn’t hiring him on the spot), told me to call someone else because their minimum charge was $ 185. I was shocked. Many years ago I hired them to install new patio doors –so much for repeat business. He called back & tried apologizing but it was too late NEVER will I contact them again.
