Welcome to Smart Sinus and Allergy. If you are one of the millions of people who suffer from related to sinus and allergy you know your symptoms can negatively impact your life. Unfortunately we believe the vast majority of people with these kinds of problems are under appreciated and, as a result, under treated by most Physicians.
Our office focuses solely on Sinus and Allergy Problems. This is a subspecialty of the Ear, Nose and Throat practice known as Rhinology. Please note, even though is an ENT practice we do NOT specialize in disorders of the ears.

Dr. Mir Joffrey A.
Business Owner
Dr. Joffrey is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Joffrey focuses his practice entirely to conditions of the sinuses and allergies, a subspecialty of ENT known as rhinology.
Dr. Joffrey completed medical school at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine graduating with high honors (alpha omega alpha). He completed his Otolaryngology (ENT) training at the University of California, San Francisco.
