Place is a rip off. They cheat weighing meat and poultry. Will never go again.
Bought three small chickens, charged me $ 25.44. When asked he said the weight is 8.75lb and charge me for 11.75 lbs @ 2.15/lb. because the price per lb. is with skin and the chickens were already skinned. Came home and had doubt and weighed the chicken to find they only weigh 6.5lbs. Very confusing and not transparent. He probably made extra $ 6.60 but lost a customer for life. Very dishonest way of making money. Shame shame

I went in there on a mission to buy paneer to make vegetarian curry, but they were fresh out of paneer. The guy at the front counter asked if I could find everything alright and he tried to help me find a substitute for the frozen paneer, but they were all out of it also. It’s a smaller shop, but they have all the basics if you’re trying to make most indian foods. The guy was really nice and helpful and that goes a long way.

New owners, more in stock items than before. Meat is always good unlike some places where there is no telling. I ask them to clean off the fat well and they do a good job (yes, I am willing to have them trash some if it saves me prep time in the kitchen). They make packages as described. I get the specified cut. Always a pleasure shopping here.

A great little shop for any Pakistan/Indian groceries you may need. They are open everyday and have great service. They also have a little section with fresh snacks here — yum!
