Decent Hotel, clean, maintained. Staff is friendly, hot breakfast scrambled eggs meat biscuits and gravy. Cold cereal, oatmeal packets no boiled eggs. Have an evening snack and drink for a couple hours.
Near mall, tons on restaurants within walking distance. Decent place.

What an amazing place to stay. Was working for few days of the trip, they offers really nice work table and chair combo. Felt like Im working in my office. Relaxing revolving chair was cherry on top. Amazing room service, free drink a night when you stay, free break fast. Clean rooms, really comfortable bed. Free freshly baked cookies all day long to satisfy my sweet tooth. I would suggest and would love to visit again.

Perfect location next to bars, mall, movies and good eats. Very good service! My bf and I stayed here in June and came back last weekend, the power ended up going out but we were put up in a country inn and were credited the room back! Small hiccup but they did everything in their power to continue to make our time in Schaumburg great!

Nice, cozy, clean and quiet hotel. Free drinks and snacks at happy hour and decent free breakfast in a.m. Free wifi too.
Beds were very comfy with memory foam. Staff was very pleasant. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Be careful when booking a room as they charge an extra $ 10 per night to change from one king bed to two queen even if it’s the same type of room.
I had booked this hotel via Name Your Own Price on Priceline and had called the day prior to confirm two queen beds were available. When I arrived at the hotel, the concierge advised me that it would be an extra $ 10 per night because I wanted two separate beds. The concierge was apologetic and explained that it is the hotel policy and there was nothing she could do about it.
The hotel stay includes breakfast with the typical yogurt, muffins, make your own waffles, sausages, eggs, cereal. I was told that there is «happy hour» Monday — Saturday afternoons with 3 drinks included. but since I had checked in Saturday night for two nights, I would not be able to attend.
The hotel itself is a little dated but overall clean; parking was no issue as the hotel was not busy so we always had a close spot to the door. The location of this hotel is extremely convenient as it is right off the highway and beside Woodfield Mall (walkable distance — 10minutes) and right across the street from Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Room is decent and clean. Some updating needed. Location is great. Happy hour was very nice. Great snacks and beverages.
However, the customer service is very lacking. Anything you need in addition to your room, is an extra charge or they refuse to help you at all. They refused to give us an extra blanket (there was none in the room) and proceeded to say that they were at 100% capacity — even though their website said there were rooms still available to reserve. Several of the front desk workers were not eager to help make my stay more enjoyable. It was more like I was bothering them by asking for anything.
The customer service alone will keep me from staying here again.

Quality Inn is an ok hotel. Had all the accessories but their evening service is not great. I needed towel n shampoo at 5 pm and they said they did not have anyone to send it upto since she was alone at the desk. The previous night the desk clerk would not give pillows since it was late. 2 rating

One of the nicer Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff we’re very nice and helpful. I arrived into the Chicagoland area early and they had my room ready for me. They have a free cocktail reception every evening from 5 to 7:30. Also a free hot breakfast. The hotel has a fitness center, pool, and hot tub. The rates are reasonable and it’s in a excellent location right near Woodfield Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I was forced to stay at the Quality Inn after my prepaid reservation at another local hotel was cancelled and they pushed my reservation over to the Quality Inn without forewarning or offering me any kind of consolation. I was incredibly unhappy about my circumstances, and the size and quality of the room wasn’t what I had in mind. That being said, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel room and the amazing customer service of the Hotel Staff more than made up for the hotel’s shortcomings. Nicole at the front desk was the first friendly face we ran into and she was more than happy to get us a room right by the pool when my son asked her about it; she then told us that Lego Land was right around the corner and that got my son excited as well. Over the next few days Katie at the front desk, and Bridgette driving the van, provided us a quick trips to the train station on short notice; both were incredibly friendly and had no qualms about my annoying tourist request for a shuttle without notice. On our way back to the hotel Raul was always available to set up a return shuttle from the train station. The breakfast was also exceptionally good. My son is a very picky eater, but their bacon gave him a good start to the day. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the kindness they showed us; if you’re looking for a good jumping off point to the city, look no further than the Quality Inn!

One night stay … Quality Inn in Schaumburg, IL; I rarely stayed in an Inn but they are better than Motel :)
Pro: 20 mins without traffic (24 – 30 with traffic) to O’Hare Airport, free WIFI, free breakfast, free complimentary drinks or snack, free parking … Got personal microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: bed is a bit hard and pillows are small for the bed. The complimentary breakfast was not good! The pool and hot tub is a bit dirty :(price is a bit too high for an Inn; I had to pay 10 $ extra for a double bed.
Guess I only got torture to stay one night! It was bare able.

We stayed one night.
Overall it was a good stay. The bed was nice and the room was dark even at 11am, something to be cherished.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. They did have some fresh fruit, which was good. The waffle batter was entirely separated which was kind of frightening. The bacon may not have been bacon. The biscuits and gravy were hard hockey pucks that you poured tasteless white over in hopes of not chipping a tooth. They did not keep their cream cheese properly cooled so it was warm and almost a liquid. Again, scary. But hey, the banana, sausage, and juice I had was good.
The pool was ok. Kind of small but I don’t expect Olympic size. The hot tub was roughly 10 degrees hotter than the pool and the bubbles didn’t work, so that was a downer.
Still, our room was only $ 65 through expedia so it was not bad.

Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I booked through a 3^rd party and unless you research the «policies» you have no way of knowing that having a pet with you is considered a class X felony. When the maid ratted me out I got a call from the front desk saying how ‘unhealthy” it was for my dog to be there because nothing «dirty» ever happens in a hotel room. They said I had to leave immediately and I said «fine I need a refund and I will leave», I was trying to be reasonable with them but the 16 year old girl at the front desk was looking for a fight.
Within 10 minutes the police were at my door saying the hotel was canceling my reservation and unless I packed up instantly I would be arrested for trespassing. They even charged me two nights for a «cleaning fee» which we all know is garbage! After the embarrassing experience I went to The Hyatt Place, they waived their pet fee and said an employee would be fired there if they treated me like that. Proof that having a pet really isn’t that big of a deal.
I even called Choice Hotels corporate and got an attitude from 3 of their employees and the Director of Customer Relations still hasn’t called me back. They don’t care about hospitality and in fact are in the wrong business for the way they treated me and ripped me off $ 110 for their garbage cleaning fee (which the police said they wouldn’t charge if I left). You can have a party filled with craigslist girls all night but God forbid if you bring your puppy who cuddles on the bed for a nap. Pay the extra $ 20 bucks and stay at a Hyatt or something. Never again would I stay here!!! Oh, and the Wi-​Fi in the room didn’t work, 2 out of 3 lights were burnt out and the hot tub was Luke warm. 1 star is all they are worth and that’s pushing it.

What a disappointment.
We’ve stayed here several times & this was the worst time.
We are gold elite members. .that should mean something.
We made a reservation online & used some reward points. We got the crappiest, smallest room possible.
The walls had patches. The office chair in our room was ripped & torn. The bathtub did not drain.
The elevator had leaves in it from the night before. still there at breakfast.
The breakfast consisted of frozen eggs .they come in frozen.
Cold sausages. Over cooked bacon. The thickest, muddiest tasting coffee ever.
The pool area had 2 dead bugs on the floor. the hot tub was too hot. and the door to the pool area stuck so bad, we got locked in!
When my husband talked to the front desk, the ditz on duty tried to justify the hotel & said they were on track for an award. Then the manager finally showed up & said, «we put in new beds!» Wow.
Corporate needs to do a mystery shopper surprise attack.
We were so disappointed that we are gonna cash in our points & go elsewhere..

I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and normally get good service.
I, too, stayed at this location the same weekend Jason B. stayed when the parking lot was being redone (it reopened on Saturday to a full lot) and the fire alarms went off a few times the two nights we were there. So, this past weekend we gave them another shot and they redeemed themselves and we had a pleasant stay.
The pillows aren’t that great, but otherwise, the rooms are nicely furnished and clean. They also offer free breakfast with a variety of hot items. This stay we were able to go to the happy hour where each guest gets 3 free drinks.
They are very close to the mall and other fun things in Schaumburg.
I’ve never tried to use the wireless internet, so I can’t say anything about that.

i got this through hotwire and im only writing this to say it should be a 2 star or 2.5, NOT a 3. i was never there but since i did hotwire i have no leverage at all. however i can say i would NOT pay more than $ 60 if you stay here
it was clean. i can’t stress that
the walls were crappy or had holes from old electronics
no art on the walls which just seems to say the owner is cheap/​lazy
i had half a window
pillows sucked
the bathroom light always flickered at its own time
parking situation was horrible as they were redoing it but this was temporary
fire alarm went off twice at night
very low staffed
hot water was 5 star though and so was shower head

If you want a ⁴⁄₅ star hotel, stay somewhere else. If u want a high «Quality» BUDGET hotel that you’re not afraid to sleep at, you won’t find better!
I give 4 stars within the the framework of this being compared to other low cost/​budget hotels. Not actual 4 – 5 star hotels!
The room was clean. Wifi good but sporadic, workers friendly.
Hi: breakfast and 3 drinks at Happy Hour were better than expected.
Low: elevator felt like it would drop us every time!
While the hotel is clean, it is dated. But it was CLEAN and i’ll take dated and clean over modern and dirty!

This hotel is priced right and located bang opposite Woodfield Mall in Schaumburgh.
I booked a one night stay through
for $ 70 a room with a King bed. Parking is available all around the building. Hotel reception guy was very friendly and the check in process took less than a couple of minutes. The hotel has a pool with a hot tub. The best part about the hotel was that every evening between 5:30 and 7 there is a manager’s reception with 3 complimentary alcoholic beverages per guest with light snacks (tortilla chips, salsa, queso). Excellent continental breakfast is complimentary as well. Free wi-​fi these days, I think, is a given with a hotel stay.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and will keep this in mind for our future visits to Chicago and surrounding areas.

outdated, dirty, tired, poor service, staff that hardly speaks english. Just not a nice place I left before my first night was over and went to the Hilton Garden Inn which was spectacular. Don’t even bother checking this place out
