Had remote start, navigation, security system, and rear dvd entertainment system installed by Mark and his team on my 03 Trailblazer. Got ghost lighting on all the doors and a sweet sound system installed as well mark was hands down the best. Fair in price with excellent work. Have brought 4 other cars to him as well and the jobs were done flawlessly

Pretty fair prices and the work is just average. I had them install the wiring for my truck subs, they ended up reusing the crappy wire i bought and charged me for new wire. The grounding they installed corroded and the system is not working. They are usually busy so i feel they try to push service out fast instead of taking a little extra time to make everything perfect.

Had a remote start put in my Nissan Armada. Couldn’t be happier. Sit in my warm office at work and start my car so it’s nice and toastie warm.

We bought our son a remote start for Christmas and Mark was AMAZING! ! Very informative, friendly, and enthusiastic! I can’t say enough, we will definitely send people their way! Thanks Marksound!

I can NOT recommend Mark Sound. The first time I used his services over 6 years ago I had a good customer experience. 2 years when I went in with my new car for a remote start it took them 4 trips to get it working right. I went in recently for a remote start for my new vehicle and I did not get what I paid for. I specifically asked up front if the smart start would have a status screen to indicate if the car was still running. I was told yes. I went in to pick it up and the app he had me download did not show you a status. I know this feature exists. Instead of being helpful the owner was rude and basically said if I didn’t like he would take it out. I decided to have him take it out because it wasn’t worth $ 500 to me if it didn’t do what I wanted. When they took it out they cut the wires to my electronic doors and now the van doors and hatch don’t open with the remote or the buttons in the car. Real nice! I’m not taking it back for them to fix because I honestly don’t trust them to do it correctly and not cause me some other problem. Not going back to this place again!

2005 Nissan Altima, they installed a stereo for me a year ago. I was going to give them a 3, maybe, as I had to come back a second time since they didn’t set it up correctly. The trip counter didn’t work and airbag light stayed on. They fixed it, but I had to be inconvenienced with a 2^nd visit and wait for something that should have been done the first time.
Also, to top that off, I had some really bad feedback/​noise issues intermittent the next day. I suspected it was due to the install, when I called them I heard excuses and lost faith in letting them touch my car again. I finally got around to solving the issue, and found that Marksound never even grounded the stereo and did not setup the gains to run properly on my factory Bose amp. They lied and told me they did. STAY AWAY, especially if you have a Nissan.

Honda Accord, 2004, head unit died, so I made an appointment, and Mark and his crew got a new unit installed same day! Professionally done, knowledgable and friendly customer service, beats trying to do it on your own. I have found that moulding never quite fits the same once you undo it, and these guys know what they are doing! Thanks. Mark and crew, I can rock out in the car again, yeah!

I had a radio installed by Marksound and it was a great experience. I had some hiccups with it working with my bluetooth, but Mark made sure I was taken care of. For the sake of it, Abt priced me out at $ 120 over the same work Marksound did for me. You will pay less here than anywhere else and the workmanship will be better. These guys seem to have a lot of experience and are good at what they do. Very friendly to work with also. Solid deal all around.

These guys are great! Professional, friendly and courteous, in person and on the phone. Simple radio install, asked to please try to get it done on my lunch hour and they came through! Highly recommended! Very reasonable prices as well.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a remote start from here. I paid extra for the 2 way remote and it only lasted a year. I brought it in to have it replaced (when we bought it they said it has lifetime warranty) and the guy told me sometimes the inside comes loose. Opens the remote. Shoves a little piece of paper inside to keep things tight and closes it up. I made it home and the whole remote cracked from the paper in the back and him screwing it on to tight. Awesome job marksound. Shove paper in the back of ur product to make it last. Realllll professional. So then I call. Tell him my situation and he says yah no problem. Come on in let me see what I can do for you. Get there and he tells me sorry I don’t replace them because the manufacture doesn’t. And I will have to buy a new one. So instead of standing behind your product and keeping happy customers you go by some shitty rules they have? Oh and did I mention this is the 6^th car I’ve brought here. Good thing we only kept the cars a year or I would of found this out a long time ago. So I’m leaving marksound as an unsatisfied customer with a broken remote and a lousy Unilocal review. But lesson learned. Never. Go. Here. Again.

Great overall experience! We either went in to the store or called with questions about 5 times before our actual service. The education on products was very helpful. We never felt like we were being «sold» to.
We added a remote start to our Prius and it was about ¹⁄₃ less than the quote given by Toyota do it AND we got a better product with better service! On the day of our actual installation, it was even finished earlier than expected.
It’s so rare anymore to work with a business that every single aspect of the experience exceeds your expectation and you want to rave about it. We would definitely recommend that Mark be your first call!

Most of the time when you go to a service related company you wonder how they are going to overcharge and take advance of you. Not Marksound… Its a gem and I highly highly recommend their work and service. I bought a remote start and had them install it 3 years ago. The owner and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Just the kind of attitude missing in most businesses these days. The install was fairly priced and the product was good. Worked perfect for 3 years
A week ago I had a problem with the remote. I went back in expecting to pay a fee to a new remote or pay for something. NO they would not hear of it. Same friendly attitude and focus on SERVICE WITH A SMILE. Its not a gimmick they are the real deal. They fixed the problem. exchanged for a new remote and sent me on my way. would not accept a payment.
Today I needed a battery change. again same attitude of service with a smile. this time I almost had to twist an arm to get them to take a payment.
In a ME ME ME world Marksound is a true Costumer first company
You need not worry about being ripped off or overcharged… they are the most honest car guys I ever met

This place is great!!! Steve and his guys installed some daytime running lights at a GREAT PRICE and they LOOK AWESOME. I am so glad I went here. The service is FAST and the advice Steve gave me was honest and informative and no upselling. He has your best interest at heart not his wallet. The service/​prices/​value is what I was looking for when searching for an all around stereo and car electronics sales and installation comapny… they get busy because of their reputation so schedule an appointment… and they have Maxim Magazine!

Had a car starter installed and paid extra for the $ 150 keychain transponder that tells you how much time is left on your idle. It stopped working one day and I took it in so they could reprogram it. They told me that the battery must have been disconnected by someone… somewhere. The transmitter was no good anymore. They said they will call me back about the warranty on it. I have made several calls to get it cleared up. Never got a call back.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I won’t anymore.

I don’t know too much about cars and the gadgets they have… that’s where MarkSound comes in. They did the DVD/​iPod stereo receiver on my MDX and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a touch screen with pandora, navi, and even netflix and OMG I love it!

Ahhhh, they made me so happy! Bought a new car and needed my subs moved from my old car to the new one. Had them build a custom box so that it fit nice and snugly in the trunk without compromising grocery/​utility space and they did a wonderful job. My sounds are crisp, deep, and I am extremely happy with the discreet wiring work they did — nice and clean.
Also, the fact that I can turn my bass all the way up without my amp conking out anymore is a plus!
