My fiancé and I bought the center diamond for my engagement here after buying the ring elsewhere. They just so happened to have a good sale going on so I was able to get the size of diamond I wanted for the price my fiancé wanted to pay!
We really didn’t look at many options but the sales woman helping us was very nice and patient. My fiancé had previously purchased a different engagement ring there that he returned so he already had the Helzberg credit card with 12 months of free financing. When we bought the diamond they were running a special with 18 months of free financing! He was able to upgrade to that which is awesome for us!
As they were setting my diamond, we looked at wedding bands for both of us. This is the first time we looked so I didn’t end up getting anything for myself. I wanted to browse more. My fiancé ended up getting his wedding band that day. They had a good selection of bands to choose from with a variety of different medals and styles. The sales woman was great with letting him try on a whole bunch of rings and pointing him to other styles he might like. The price for the wedding bands was fair.

Okay, so here’s the update: when I brought the necklace in, they took it in for repairs, no further questions asked. They had it back within two days, repaired, cleaned, and ready to go. You can barely see where it was soldered back together. I am happier, but I may or may not go back. We’ll see. The girl there was very pleasant, and gave me some tips on keeping it clean and from breaking again, although she did say that it would definitely break again, but as long as I keep up with the inspections and cleanings, it will be covered. In the meantime, I’m looking for a new chain! This helped redeem them from the disaster with my bracelet, but not enough to make a devout customer out of me. Three stars for repairing the necklace for free.
