There is a «not recommended» review that I agree with. This was not our first booking with this agency.
Our trip of a lifetime almost didn’t happen. I would highly recommend that if you book a cruise, go over the details very carefully. Free airfare is not free & you are likely to be booked on multiple airlines — a dangerous practice when you must be on the ship at a certain time. Imagine missing the ship or lost luggage due to multiple flights that could easily go wrong.
DO NOT believe the agent who says you have a 99% chance of a upgrade once you board. Why an agent would tell a customer this is beyond my comprehension. We were told this story for two separate cruises. If the ship didn’t have the suite we wanted, we would have been much happier knowing up front than to be given empty promises.
Beware hotels. One hotel was down right dangerous. We were booked in another horrible hotel for another cruise that cost just shy of $ 1000 a night! I changed that mess along with many more messes on my own before the cruise. Won’t be using them again.
