Mr. Barr has been a senior level creative at some of the hottest shops in Chicago and Seoul, South Korea. After 10 years as Design Director at famed IMPACT, the Design and Promotion division of Foote, Cone & Belding Communications (4th largest agency in the world) Mr. Barr headed off to Seoul South Korea where he head up two of the hottest shops. Upon his return from Korea Mr. Barr assumed the Director of Marketing and Design for two two-division manufacturers. In 2002 Mr. Barr decided to make his services available to smaller manufacturers and marketers. With 10 years as Design Director for FCB Impact to a four year stint at the two top design shops in Seoul, South Korea, and several years running his own firm, this designer has done it all. Upon his return from Seoul, South Korea he was the Director of Marketing Communications for several two-division firms. In his very successful career, he assumed the lead role in at least a half dozen of Chicago’s hottest marketing and design consulting firms. His affection for all things Asian is well known. His civic work on the dedication programs for the Miro and Dubuffet Sculptures and State of Illinois building have won international acclaim. More recently Mr. Barr has served as the Director of Marketing for several two-division firms since 1995 as well as running his own Marketing Consulting agency.
