Please note I went to the store around the beginning of December. I’m writing this review now since I started seeing extra charges on my bill this month. When we went to the store it was about an hour until they closed so it wasn’t very busy. The employees were helpful when it came to buying a new phone. When it came time to pay they weren’t friendly. Currently we have a family plan and two of the lines have unlimited data. They asked if we wanted to remove that and I said no keep it. They didn’t want to listen and kept insisting I go with a lower data plan. They didn’t stop until I told them I’m not switching so please stop asking. They then asked if we wanted insurance on the phone which I declined. They explained that the next bill would be $ 40-$ 50 higher due to the activation fee which was expected so I said ok. When I went to pay my bill today I noticed it was higher than normal, Plus not the activation fee bill was already paid. So I reviewed the bill and noticed that they put insurance on two of the phones on my plan!!! Needless to say I’m not happy so I cancelled the insurance and plan on calling AT&T to complain.

This store was unable to help me replace my broken phone. I called AT&T and got my replacement two days later. The employees at the store wanted me to wait months or get a prepaid phone and refused to sell me a new phone and/or contract. I came in today to see what they had for accessories and the store is extremely empty as far as that goes and the climate rather stale and warm. I just don’t like this place and the employees don’t seem to like it either.
