Anderson & Associates, P.C. was founded in 1983 as a general civil practice law firm with its office in Schaumburg, Illinois. A second office was opened in Wheaton, and the law firm recently expanded to include a downtown Chicago location. The firm represents clients in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, corporate law, real estate, and personal injury matters. Jonathan Anderson is the principal attorney and founder of Anderson & Associates, P.C. Mr. Anderson guided the growth of this family law firm from a one-​attorney law practice in Schaumburg, Illinois to an eight-​attorney law firm with Cook County offices in Schaumburg and Chicago, Illinois and a DuPage County office in Wheaton, Illinois. For over 25 years, Jon Anderson has achieved optimum results for his clients in divorce and other family law litigation.

Today Jonathan Anderson concentrates his practice in financially sophisticated divorce litigation, including divorces involving: complex business valuation, real estate valuation, and other asset valuations issues; cases that involve complex discovery and hidden asset scenarios; litigation challenging or enforcing pre-​nuptial agreements or post-​nuptial agreements; and custody issues.

We worked with Rebecca (Becky) Zeilenga to finish up our adoption case. She was quick on her feet and fierce in the court room. She was understanding, confident, and sincere. Everything is laid out in the contracts and invoices, so there were no surprises or questions on charges. I also spoke with some of the other office staff from time to time, and they were always courteous and professional. Definitely recommend Becky!

Greedy, judgmental and rude lawyers at this firm. Getting as much money out of you is their #1 concern. You, your family and your case come in last place. It should be the other way around! They really live up to the reputation that lawyers are greedy bloodsucking bastards. This is not a profession of service, it is a profession of greed, especially at A & A. They take people who are in difficult and dire situations and take advantage while looking down upon you the entire time. I felt judged and demeaned the entire time. My case was completed but dragged out for as long as possible so my lawyer could suck as much money out of me as possible. Almost lost my house because of that. Forget about asking questions about your case after its been closed. They won’t return your phone calls. Oh, but they probably would answer my question, as long as I fork over another 5000 retainer fee. I would think that returning a phone call to a recent client would be common courtesy for any law firm that may wish to obtain future clients. Don’t bother contacting these jerk offs. They take everything from you. I would have been better off with another firm, for sure. Would you hire a surgeon who didn’t give a shit about you or your family? No. Would you send your kids to a school where the teachers didn’t care about the students’ lives? No! Find a better law firm, stay away from Anderson and Associates.

Ms. Denise McCann was an excellent attorney representing me in Dupage County court on a child support issue that went bad. She was professional and did a great job for me. She always returned your calls and emails. Her office staff was also very friendly and resourceful. This was worth the investment in her law firm. Keep up the great work.

I’m posting this one more time to make sure other clients do not go through as to what I went through with this firm. Please check with other firms and ask about Anderson & associates and you’ll be surprised as to what you’ll hear. The lawyers that work for Mr. Anderson have no experience at all and will make your case a disaster. Mr. Anderson was suspended 2 times. Please research for yourself and you’ll see what I’m talking g about.

I have been with Anderson and associates for several years. I am very pleased with the outcome of all of my cases.
The office staff has always been professional and polite. There has been a number of times that I had called after hours and on the weekends and my attorney was always there to answer my questions.
The pricing is reasonable as well, they had to fix a few things for me also when I thought that I can LEGAL ZOOM… not a good idea. Never think that you can logically do your legal work online without an attorney. Luckly they fixed the mess at no additional fee.
I highly recommend this firm for your legal matters. I have used a few other services online, or even other attorneys and I always end up back with Anderson and associates.

Wish I would have seen the other post before I gave them my money. They don’t return phone calls, inaccurate information and the owner is overall rude. I strongly suggest you look somewhere else.
