This place is one of the best in the area! I get my haircut next door so I stop in afterwards to check it out and it’s great. Everyone there is really helpful and actually know their stuff (I’m an ex employee of a vet office so I know a few things). Even better is that the animals are all in good health! The puppies and kittens on the Petland side all go to a veterinarian office for a full work up before being available for adoption. The koi ponds are the coolest! My little sisters love the fact that she can pet the fish when they come up! The fish are also amazing with how extensive the different types there are to get! Plus the experts will really help you build your tank and keep it healthy.

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and started coming back after awhile of not stocking my tanks. Glen is always very nice and accommodating, and the prices sincerely aren’t that bad. If you pay for a membership, it pays off VERY quickly if you buy a lot of livestock. After I had a tank crash awhile ago, the only fish that survived were the ones I bought here, no joke. The tanks can get a little dirty sometimes, but it’s not a big deal since it doesn’t affect the fish or corals from what I’ve been able to tell.

I wasn’t impressed by this place. The tanks were very dirty and algae covered. There didn’t seem to be a lot of fish either. Maybe they were expecting a new shipment, but that’s not the vibe I got. The prices didn’t seem to make up for the poor presentation. I can’t speak to the health of their fish because I didn’t buy any, but after seeing how their tanks looked, I wouldn’t buy anything for fear it’d be dead in a day or two. There are several other great stores right around this place, so I’d suggest stopping by one of those.

This place is bad! I went their today to check out a new salt water fish store sense Iv been to all Iv the ones in the area already. I walk in and the place is dirty and dull. I get greeted by the owner (glen) who was nice. He asked me if I needed help a couple time witch I can appreciate. But let’s get to the store. All the tanks had alge all over them. The tanks were also oddly dark? If you own a fish store wouldn’t you want to display them nicely? So they SELL? Also the tanks on the top shelf were extremely high up. Now I’m not a short person, I’m 5’10″ and for me I had to really struggle to see rope tanks also bad for sales. Also to nit pick, they want they had there fish labeled on tanks sucked. But let’s get to the worse part… I come across this tank with these three baby blue tangs… they were a little bigger then a quarter. I have been looking for a very small blue tang and I finally found it. This tank was one with no light so luckily I know a good amount about fish so I know what they were. So I tell him I want one and he bags it up puts it in a white plastic bag and I go and pay. At this point I get home and see him in the light… Then I see it… It had white spots on him (ICH). I’m pissed. Spent $ 60 witch I thought was high but I found what I have been looking for so what ever. But what I’m more pissed about is when I called he said that all sales are final. So I bough a sick fish witch how I have to nurse back to health for 8 – 10 weeks before I can put him in my display tank… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Beyond the reef & aquarium adventure are less then 2 miles away from this place GO THERE!

Been coming here for years and always found their selection to be be in good health and condition. Livestock fluctuates from week to week but they will try and let you know when certain things will arrive.

Most of the fish tanks were empty every time I came here Ive been here atleast 5 times and cant understand why I come back. I never could find a fish worth buying I figured Id give the store A few chances but this is it. I’ll never be comming back just to look at dirty empty tanks!

John and I hardly go here because Beyond the Reef and Aquarium Adventure are so close, and usually have better selection/​prices. However, we have sold fish here for store credit. We had a huma huma trigger that was just getting too mean, and we wanted to add more peaceful fish and coral to our tank. The staff was very helpful in helping us do a trade.

This is a great store! Staff are super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. You never have to be afraid to ask questions or advice either. They are honest and at times, hilarious.
This places sells exclusively marine fish, inverts, live rock etc and supplies and it shows. They have a massive selection of corals and some really great finds. Prices are fair as well. I love the $ 5 tank where you can get some smaller frags to play with. They are also cool with breaking off smaller bits of polyps etc so you can go cheap and just buy a few instead of a huge colony, which is great because they multiply so fast anyway.
We always spend a lot here, but it’s only because we buy so damn much each time! I never feel ripped off and I always find things I have not found at other places. Go!
