I was looking for their office/shop/store everywhere however the gps took me to some privet house in the middle of nowhere … I was calling so many time unfortunately nobody never pick up the phone or call back later… No recommended

Do yourself a favor and don’t use these guys. They over-promise and under deliver. Why? 1. Both times we’ve used them they had few parts in stock and trying to schedule a time to get a technician back was hell. Even with a «fancy» call center service. 2. Both times we never got a picture of the technician that would be coming out like we were supposed to. 3. Both times they were late. 4. One visit was under my home warranty and the technician’s explanation made warranty coverage unavailable, even after I received approval from a supervisor at the warranty company to proceed with the repair. 5. Multiple requests for a call back from a technician were never returned. Horrible customer service and experience!

AAA Appliance Service Center is wonderful. They are polite and have a great response time. I have had multiple problems with my dryer and they have continually worked to solve the problem. Today Rick V. came out and the problem was easily solved and they didn’t even charge me. He was polite and professional. The best part is the company supplies you with a picture of the service technician who will be coming. I highly recommend them.

I’m using AAA for the second time in the past six months. First it was my dishwasher and now the ice maker. Great job on the dishwasher but it was expensive. I expect they will do a similar great job on my ice maker. The technicians are very cordial and respectful of my home and the email with the tech’s photo is a nice safety feature. My only complaint is the six hour window for waiting on the appointment. That’s worst than the cable companies and if I found a dependable competitor with better scheduling, I would likely take my business there. It’s fine when they come at the front end of the window, not so much when it’s at the end. The appointment email says a four hour window but the phone call you get from the office clearly says six hours so I was warned in advance.

Quick response to my fridge emergency. I called at 8 p.m. on Tuesday and talked to Eric who rearranged schedules to get a technician to me on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. James, the technician, was friendly and professional who dealt with my problem efficiently. I had used them before to fix my oven and got a repeat customer discount. Very satisfied with the personal service and would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs. Colette G.
