I wanted to have 2 bottles of champagne delivered to a friend for New Years’ Eve. I live out of state so needed a store that would do a local delivery. Not being familiar with the area, I used Google to find stores that would do this. I called the first store that I saw. The person that answered the phone said” I am not sure we can do this. We are very busy. I will have to ask the manager and call you back.” He never bothered to even extend the courtesy of calling me back.
I then called Vintology and spoke to Dave. He was so accommodating and helpful. He had my order delivered within an hour! The prices were the same as the other store.
What great customer service! other stores should model themselves after this one.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Keep an eye on their calendar as well. Vintology hosts terrific wine tastings, which are often paired with an exhibit by a local artist. You can not go wrong by seeking out this little gem.

Vintology is one of best wine stores I have visited in the Westchester area. I’ve been there twice to purchase bottles of wine for my visiting mother and my fiancée.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a welcoming and classy ambience, and most importantly, a terrific wine selection made my experience there both enjoyable and a sure-​fire way to have me return. Highly recommended!

Vintology is a boutique wine store that offers the essential selection of a variety of wines and liquors.
Unlike the larger warehouse stores, the choices are refined by the discerning palate of the owner and staff. They have simplified the consumer’s work, ensuring that there are no poor choices.
For example, they offer at least five different selections of champagne (this may change occasionally); each one will satisfy the needs of both the novice and the educated consumer. Not so much to overwhelm. Enough for the discerning palate.
The same goes for the variety of other grapes available.
They offer a number of unusual wines for the adventuresome; the famous wines for the status conscious; and even the modestly priced will impress those who normally buy from auction. Those who prefer only the familiar will find their needs satisfied.
The service is educated and attentive without the preening and arrogance that seems to be the way of the industry. They are enthusiasts, not snobs, eager for the consumer to find the perfect grape for any occasion.

This place is awesome. After looking for a good wine store in Westchester county for a while, I found this little shop. It’s tiny, but that’s a good thing. Seriously. They have a really good selection of wines, from über-​expensive bottles to affordable weeknight drinking bottles, and Dean, the buyer there, has tried (and can recommend) them all. If you’re in the area, stop in. It’s a super personal store and I’ve yet to walk out of there without something tasty to drink.
