Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Steve was a real estate broker in the aggressive Los Angeles, California market. He is also an AV Preeminent rated attorney in California and New York with a focus on real estate transactions and litigation.

Business Owner

Steve graduated from UCLA in 2003 and then graduated from the SCALE program at Southwestern University School of Law, a rigorous program which challenges a select number of students to complete all law school requirements in two years rather than the traditional three year timeline.

Steve has a diverse background that contributes to his ability to adapt to and resolve difficult issues. The eldest son of immigrant parents, Steve formed a solid work ethic from a young age, working at the family business (a German auto repair shop) and later, aiding in the management of over 150 rental apartment units owned by the family. Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and New York and is also a Notary Public.
