Scarsdale Strings offers affordable, quality private and group music lessons for all ages and abilities as well as instrument rental and sales. We currently provide instruction in piano, guitar, voice, rock band, violin, viola, cello, bass, brass, woodwinds and music composition and theory.

Business Owner

Anna Stampfli is a licensed School District Administrator with a permanent New York State certification. She is also a New York City tenured teacher with over ten years of experience. In 2013, she was inducted into the New York Academy of Public Education, which strengthens urban education in the New York area. With a vision for quality arts education, she establishes permanent partnerships with schools and districts.

Ms. Stampfli firmly believes that «music expands the mind of a child.» A violinist for over 40 years and a veteran New York City school teacher, Stampfli created Scarsdale Strings to realize her dream of offering the highest quality music instruction to children everywhere. As a leader, she ensures that her team delivers comprehensive services and support that her brand promises.
