Business Owner
John D. Pappalardo is the managing partner of Pappalardo & Pappalardo. John is a former prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where he served as a senior trial attorney in the Felony Trial Bureau. There he handled the prosecution of homicides, robberies, burglaries and assaults.
Mr. Pappalardo’s areas of expertise include complex white collar criminal defense litigation, homicides and other violent felonies /misdemeanors. Mr. Pappalardo handles hundreds of DWI and other vehicular crimes, sex offenses, domestic violence, drug offenses, fraud and embezzlement, shoplifting and various juvenile offenses annually. He has effective knowledge of state and county mandated programs such as TASC.
Mr. Pappalardo graduated from Boston College in 1990 and St. John’s University School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to the Bar of New York State and the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
