One of the best bagel shops I’ve been too in Long Island! there are so many creams to choose from and not only that but the bagels itself are very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside… mmmm! and the owners(I think) korean gentleman and lady are very kind and welcoming too:) Sometimes there’s a young Asian guy who’s there and he’s very nice with the cream, he gave me extra on the side when I asked!!!:) definitely recommended!!!

I love the bagels here! They have a crispy outside with a chewy soft center and I love that they have miniature version called«bites and buttons». It’s nice to have an option when you want a small snack and don’t feel like indulging in a whole bagel. Also, the iced coffee is a must! They use coffee ice cubes so it never tastes watered down. I’ve heard people rave about it and it does not disappoint. They’ve recently added new cream cheese flavors which is great and they have a nice assortment of pastries. The location is convenient with the parking lot. Would highly recommend trying them out!

The bagels are usually pretty good. I prefer them when they are warm, and crunchy. There have been times where I have gotten bagels and they are a bit chewy.

Bagels were good, a bit chewy. I bought almost $ 50 of bagels and cream cheese and the owner would not give me knives to go with them to spread the cream cheese, except for a charge. She was rude and snappy and tried to tell me that I already get 2 extra bagels per dozen(the baker’s dozen– standard at most bagel stores– not something she was giving me out of generosity) so she would be charging me 10 cents per knife. I thought this was extremely tacky and in extremely poor taste to charge for a handful of knives. And these weren’t even the high-quality plastic knives, they were the white cheap-o ones that bend and break when you use them to put cream cheese on your bagel. When I told her I thought it was in poor taste to charge me for a handful of knives after spending so much money there, she got angry and me and slammed 10 knives into the cream cheese bag. I will not go back here for the«meh» bagels nor the rude service.

I have mixed feelings about this bagel shop. First, every time I go they seem to be out of many of the flavors. Luckily, they usually have everything and sesame so I’m never that disappointed. Second, the bagels are never warm and are often quite hard on the outside, almost like they are getting stale. I’ve gone during the week and on the weekends, in the morning and afternoon, and I have yet to get what I would call a «fresh» bagel. That being said, I usually put the bagels in the toaster oven to warm them up and they are really good bagels warm. I wonder when they cook the bagels, maybe the day before? I go here because it’s convenient, not because they are the best.

I have to admit, when I first walked in and found an Oriental gentleman behind the counter of a bagel place in Scarsdale I was a bit hesitant. I had kind of expected an elderly Jewish couple. Nevertheless, I know the qulaity of Bagel Power from others bringing home their awesome bagels, and I did see a sign that the establishment was run under rabbinical supervision. There was a special for buying in bulk, and I made sure to buy as many as I possibly could to take back with me. I live in Virginia, and southerners just don’t do bagels right. But then again, how many of us yankees know bicuits?

I am not a native New Yorker; but, I consider myself a very good judge of bagels. Of all the bagels in lower westchester, these are by far the best. Chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The flavor is superior, not too sweet. Handmade and truly delicious. I go out of my way to get these. ENJOY!

Good bagels. Pretty darn good. Except service isn’t that great. I ordered an everything bagel and asked the lady to toast it but she didn’t seem to hear me when she started smearing spread on it but did correct it(but she made me wait… while she helped the guests after us. She also pretty much insinuated I was wrong and didn’t tell her I wanted it toasted even though I did). My bf loves this place though and had what he said was the best homemade bagel ever so I’m giving them 4 stars. Minus one for service.
