Moody’s Collision Center

I have dealt with Moody’s twice when someone hit me– Both experiences were
Exemplary!!! my car was super clean and totally shined up– My appointments were on time, intake professional and the setup with the rental car company was flawless — could not ask for better service! Excellent service!

I’m not sure what’s worse, being in a minor fender bender, or having to go to Moody’s to get your car fixed.
We had the unfortunate pleasure of needing their services after someone hit our parked car in Portland. No big deal, the process took way longer than it should have to replace a mirror, but OK, whatever. We were told the car would be vacuumed and all that, it definitely wasn’t.
Fast forward a few weeks and we return because I backed my car into a wall (long story short, sleep deprivation is a real thing). You don’t actually get an appointment when you need to visit Moody’s. They tell you it’s walk-​in service. As convenient as that sounds, I have no desire to end up at the place at the same time as 4 other people and wait and wait and wait, especially with a toddler in tow.
Every time I call the office (because most places would call YOU to let you know that the parts have come in for your repair), it rings and rings and rings. Apparently, along with their straight-​out-​of-​1992 office décor, they’ve decided that voice mail is a thing of the future and not to be trusted.
