I love this place. I have had my hair cut here for as long as I can remember. I do got to other places on occasion but I always come back here for the best haircuts in Columbia County. I do not have a specific hairstylist, but all of them are great and I would recommend any of them. Don’t be afraid to ask for anything extra or out of the norm, cause they are very friendly. All in all, they are the best and I would recommend them

New to town and my 3 yr old needed a hair cut in the worst way! He has only had his hair cut by his auntie because he would not sit in a chair for anyone but we couldn’t get together anytime soon. I’ve tried 4 salons in various places and he would always freak out. I’m drawing a total blank on the gals name but I think it was Ariel… she was amazing with him! He sat the whole time and he looked adorable when done! All the ladies were super friendly! Definitely going back!

I don’t know why I have gone to this place over and over. Probably because it’s cheap and super convenient. However, after my last visit I will no longer be visiting this establishment. Here are my issues:
1. You can never seem to see the same person twice. This place has a rotating door of employees. The one guy I liked is gone.
2. We’ve gone from dampening hair to cut to barely putting on leave in conditioner to cut DRY hair.
3. Many times the hair stylists have reeked of smoke. As in I don’t even think their hands were washed after a smoke break to now touching my hair with your stinky hands. I’m an ex-​smoker. I get it but good god you smell and your customers shouldn’t have to endure that.

I have been going to Hairmasters for the past ten years. Laura has been my primary stylist for many many years. The entire crew is very nice — they have been not only cutting my hair but my families hair for years.
From time to time I will go out and have another salon cut or color my hair due to time constraints — but I always come back to Laura.
Shannon is amazing, as is Tony — those would be my top three folks to ask for at Hairmasters.

I stopped in on a whim after a day picking blueberries on Sauvie Island. A nice guy called Tony cut my hair and he did a great job.
