All Island Realty/​Concord Mortgage Group is now closed: This review is on the building, which features a wall sized mural on the western side (see pic) by former Northport resident and bottlecap painter Hans Gabali. It’s a fine seascape piece dated 11⁄91. Hans died about a year ago, so enjoy his murals while you still can, and hope the new tenants don’t paint over it. 2400 sq. of feet of commercial-​zoned realty on the southside of 27A available here, for those interested.
