Tradition!

For Joe Guarino, the wine guide at Grapes N’ Barrels, winemaking is a deep-rooted tradition and a passion. Following a successful business career, Joe decided to follow his dream of sharing his winemaking knowledge and passion for wine with others. Business Owner

Joe Guarino is the ‘wine guide’ at Grapes N Barrels, who instructs and guides participants through the process of making their own wine. Growing up, Joe always enjoyed his family winemaking events noting that perpetuating this family tradition, fun times making wine, and the wine shared and enjoyed, are cherished memories never to be forgotten. Life’s obligations and a hectic business schedule sidetracked his winemaking for years. But, twelve years ago, his zeal for making wine was rekindled, he worked around the time constraints and winemaking once again became an important focus. Joe has a passion for winemaking, he loves to teach what he knows, and he enjoys people. He exudes excitement and enthusiasm for Grapes N Barrels and he is passionate about the wines produced. He notes that building a winery is a labor of love that’s deep-rooted in his love of wine.
