Business Owner

Originally from Wheeling, Illinois I graduated from Southern Illinois University’s aviation maintenance school in 1997. While at SIUC I worked at their dental hygiene clinic maintaining and repairing 75+ chairs and operatories. After leaving school, I worked for American Eagle Airlines and later United Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. The events of ⁹⁄₁₁ caused many of us to lose our jobs, so I went back to school to teach K-​9^th grades. Graduating from Illinois State University in ’06 with a second bachelor’s, I found an interesting job at Hobbico’s R&D facility testing, developing, and engineering radio-​controlled model airplanes.

I started working with Wayne Hunt at Hunt Dental Lab in Champaign in 2011. I learned all of the quality techniques that set Wayne apart and earned him a lot of respect among his colleagues and customers. I spent a lot of extra hours in our lab at the old Dental Circle building practicing and perfecting these techniques that I’ve now carried forward.
