I started monthly massages in August with Shanna. Prior to this I’ve only had massages sporadically (maybe once a year) and never really found a therapist to stick with.
The online booking is a major perk. You can clearly see all of the services offered, the cost, and what therapists are available. There is also a discount if you book your next service in advance.
Shanna is very responsive to my needs and is super professional. I’ve had a traditional Swedish massage, a deep tissue massage, and a hot stone fusion massage. I would recommend them all. If you let your therapist know what troubles you are having, she can recommend the proper service.
Essential Healing also has some natural candles and soaps available for sale! Top notch experience.

I had the most fabulous massage with Jessica today! I live in Colorado, but I often come to Champaign for business. I decided to treat myself with a massage and I was not disappointed! The ambiance is great. Its kind of strange because you pull up to what appears to just be an officer area, but you walk in and it is as if you are in an old, quaint home… very cute and comfy! You are able to pick the scent of the oils that they use which is a nice touch. Jessica did a fabulous job. I asked her for a relaxing massage but also mentioned that I was carrying alot of stress in my shoulders, and she really helped relieve it. I love to get massages from time to time and I will definitely try to book with Jessica the next time I am in town.

This place is amazing. It’s a little hard to find from the outside, but the inside is a classic relaxation space. I see Jessica and she does great work, relaxing with enough pressure to work out the knots. After moving to the area my back was all out of whack but after a deep tissue massage I feel lighter and taller.

OMG! I cannot believe that I have gone this long without having a deep tissue and refexology massage at Essential Healing. I highly recommend them to anyone with pain or just needs to relax. They have so many services to choose from and the building itself is just beautiful and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience. I am going to book a session for my mother as well this month. She could certainly use a spa visit. Cary Reed did my deep tissue session and Trinity Waycaster performed my reflexology session. Wen you call ask for them and tell them that Tina Stover recommmended them from Unilocal.YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!
