I absolutely love this gym! They have everything you need at an affordable price compared to most gyms. I like that there is no contract as well. My favorite thing about the gym is how diverse the people are. You see people there of all different ages, races, body types, etc., so it feels inclusive. Everyone is very friendly as well. They have a program called Activate for new members where you can meet with someone to show you how to use the equipment. In addition, you get a punch card where you can earn a t-​shirt if you go enough times in the first month. I haven’t been to any classes so far, but even when I’ve been there at the «busy» times, it hasn’t been too crowded at all and I’ve always been able to use the machines I want.

Love this gym!
I became a member while attending SCAD. It is the BEST gym in Savannah, hands down! There are pricier ones downtown like Fitness On Broughton that want to charge 80 dollars a month AND you have to pay additional fees for classes which is certainly not a good deal!
This YMCA has the latest Arc Trainers, Treadmills and Cross Trainers. Also free WIFI which is a plus! They also have a sauna and hot tub in the ladies locker room!
One time I found a roach while showering that scared me! But that was a one time deal. The staff is friendly and the Zumba classes are always fun and energetic! Especially on Wednesdays at 4:30pm! They even had a Zumbathon Breast Cancer Awareness day which was very nice! for 10 dollars you could Zumba for 3 hours, and everyone wore pink which was cool.
All in all, if you’re coming to Savannah for a while this is the gym to join!

I’ve been spoiled with the Greater Charlotte YMCA’s, but when I lived in Savannah I thought the Habersham YMCA was totally the bee’s knees. They could stand to update their spinning bikes and spruce up the fitness room, but it’s still where I go when I’m visiting my old stomping ground.

Best gym ever! Great prices– $ 55 for family/​month. Gym, sauna, pool, plenty of classes. Clean and AWESOME staff.
