For buying scratch-and-dent items, not bad. For fixing anything? Absolutely atrocious customer service. We gave up after the fifth time trying to schedule with these guys. When we called to ask about some coming to fix our Kenmore dryer, they said they’d call us right back once the scheduling person was done with a client. «ok» we said, then waited two days. Finally we called back. «Oh, sorry, don’t know how that happened» they said, then told us the scheduling person ONCEAGAIN was not there, so we waited another day. No call, so we call back AGAIN — finally someone is able to schedule with my husband and he says he will meet them around 5pm on Thursday. The serviceman says«wait for our call, we may be delayed at other appointments so I will call when I’m on my way.» On Thursday, my husband waits around at work — no call, so he assumes they’ve flaked out on us again. Come to discover they were calling MY cell phone, whose number we never gave them(explain that one to me?) instead of my husband, and left us a note on our door saying that we may be charged additional fees because we «didn’t show up for the appointment». We try to call back the next day to schedule yet again — «I’m sorry, the person who does the repair scheduling is out-» ok, fine, we just hang up and give up. Ironically, three days later my husband receives a call from the business: «Hi! We just wanted to call and see how satisfied you were with our services?» «What services?» My husband asked, «you guys never called me back the multiple times we tried to schedule, you haven’t done anything for us.» The tech says he is sorry to hear that and can he call us back with someone to help us reschedule again? Sure, we say… surprise surprise, no call back. Seriously, just don’t even bother with this business. They were helpful enough when we first got the unit but I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. I am not going to keep calling and BEGGING for them to let me throw my money at their overcharged services.

I bought a washer dryer set on November 5th. Washer works well but the dryer doesn’t dry properly as of day one. I called the store to get it fixed and they offered to swap it out. The dryer I purchased was clean and part of a matching set, the one they brought me to replace it was scratched up and didn’t work because there was no belt to drive the dryer. Another technician came to my house to fix the dryer I purchased and ordered the part to replace a broken one. Well that was the week of November 10th. I called yesterday, 12÷01÷15, to find out my part was there but had someone else’s name on it. No calls or nothing during this time. The technician was supposed to deliver the part yesterday, but still has not done so. It has now been almost a month and the buyer only gets a one month warranty on their purchase. I have not had a dryer that works properly during this time and will buy my own parts on eBay and fix the dang thing my self. Not happy with this shop!

We purchased a used washing machine from this location and thus far we have been pleased with the very good customer service we have received. This past Saturday we thought our day was going to be tied up waiting on our delivery, but the gentleman called first to let me know that he was on his way around 1 something. I don’t know if it was Mr. High that sold us the washer but he was very patient and found us something very affordable. THANKYOU Issac and Randy no good deed goes undone.
