An Innovative Sensory Lab that integrates an Australian Café Vibe with a Fresh and Vibrant Neighborhood Café Menu during the day and a chic candlelit restaurant by night with magnificent creations by Chef Nick McNevin
The Collins Quarter is located in Savannah’s historic district on the corner of Bull and Oglethorpe. It is styled after the coffee café genre of restaurants that has been in vogue in Australia in recent years; especially in Melbourne. The concept is to pair a unique specialty coffee experience with very innovative cuisine in a casual café environment.
A custom La Marzocco espresso machine will provide the horsepower for the luxurious espresso based brews and cold filtered coffee will be courtesy of a Coffeega out of Korea. The Collins Quarter will also offer pour over brewing, cold brewing, as well as Australian styled iced coffees. A selection of fine teas will also be available by Harney & Sons. Beer selection includes those from craft breweries from across the country as well as international. Our wines are carefully selected from some of the world’s most unique regions to harmoniously compliment Savannah’s freshest, brightest, and most innovative dining experience. With offerings from Champagne to Shiraz, we promise to please everyone from those brand new to wine to the most discerning of palates.
