Taylor’s added additional cushioning to my leather sofa. The sofa had to be disassembled to add foam to the seating cushions so this was a big, expensive job. They picked up my sofa on schedule and returned it to me is less time than estimated. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. I was very pleased with all levels of their service. They were especially good about letting me know what was going on and when they would arrive for pickup and delivery.
