The regional manager there is rude and treats the employees terrible. I’ll never go back if he’s still working. The owner Reggie is awesome ans always helps customers and the employees. But you DO NOT want to deal with Charles. He has terrible manners and very rude

Better off ordering your stuff online. Staff not knowledgeable on inventory at all. I’ve never been to a place where they weren’t trying to make a sale. We were looking for sexy men’s swimwear and they said they could not help us. Won’t be returning.

My hubby & I found this store by accident on our vacation. It’s a newer store, and it’s huge! They have a lot of lingerie & even let you try things on. They have toys too, from the high end luxury brands to the generic bullet style vibrators. I loved the selection of bath products & lubes, and the staff was really helpful– especially Marie. They really know their stuff! Anyone in the area should check them out. Classy, not trashy like some other stores.
