Completely appalled at how our party was treated after accidentally breaking a piece of a lamp in one of the homes we rented in April 2015.
They have charged my credit card $ 1000(!) with no paperwork, quote for repair or my approval or my lawyers. Shady business and I do not recommend using them.

I would not recommend renting from this company. Accidents can happen and that is what the deposit is for except without any discussion they kept the whole deposit and then took another $ 500 from my friends credit card without authorization totaling $ 1000. I can understand needing to replace the lamp or repair it but lets be honest it was not a $ 1000 lamp and fixing/​replacing would be maybe a $ 50 charge. I have not seen service this bad from any other rental place. For all we know that lamp was already chipped and fixed once and it was just a weak spot. Incidentals should be covered in the deposit and they should have talked to my friend and said we need to withhold this much due to repair or replacement costs. $ 50 would be the most I would ever expect to see withheld. If you want to deal with nightmare after your vacation then go ahead and use this company.

One of a kind!
An amazing place to stay. The cottage is so cozy, with a great location. It is so comfortable, and well kept. The linens are so fresh and clean, and it is obvious that a lot of love and care goes into the decorating and upkeep of the cottage.
River street, downtown, and central market are all within short walking distance!
It is so convenient to have all of the comforts of home, while on vacation: washer/​dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bath, and home entertainment center.
I have stayed here many, many times, and plan to keep coming back regularly.
