Extremely, kind and compassionate. Made a special effort to get an antique clock working in one day. The clock is working and home by my sick husband’s bedside. I could not be happier. Rude, never.

Still poor service. What was supposed to be a 6-​week job turned into 5 months. I finally picked up the clock, paying full quoted price. I returned around 5:00pm and the clock was correct. 7 hours later, the clock reads 9:45. Save time (get it?) and go somewhere else… even if it’s South Carolina.

Chris came out to my house about a year ago and fixed my grandfather clock that had been in storage for a few years. It has worked perfectly since then. He also took my smaller 100+ year old mantle clock back to his shop and within a few weeks had it working like a charm as well. I thought he was very friendly, knowledgable and his pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use him again to service my clocks.
