Specialties
Comfort foods! Take a still-warm-from-the-oven and made from scratch gooey chocolate chip cookie and a glass milk back to your room before settling in. Or maybe just a mug of rich hot chocolate with marshmellows on top will suit you. Then wake up to the smell of perfectly brewed coffee, sizzling bacon, and blueberry pancakes! Early every morning our our award-winning chefs are cooking up breakfasts to delight the senses and energize your day! Afternoon tea is served during the week in our historic parlor to take you back to a by-gone era. Weekend wine and cheese hour is served on Fridays and Saturdays with guest appearances from Savannah natives and historians. Best of all, everything mentioned above is included with your stay!
Our specialty is providing a rich Savannah experience for less than any other Bed & Breakfast in town!
History
Established in 1978.
The Bed & Breakfast Inn is Savannah’s original bed and breakfast. It has grown from one historic property to 4 historic properties including private carriage houses, suites, and rooms. Gordon row was constructed prior to the Civil War in 1853. The property has been owned by many curious citizens including it’s latest and Bed & Breakfast Inn founder, Robert McAlister.
