Called on a Saturday due to a water leak at the main service line. Scott was great and dispatched a tech right away. Kenneth arrived and it was pouring down rain so I sent him back until Sunday. He came out first thing in the morning after having been up all night and fixed my leak. Total cost was extremely reasonable and I plan on using them again.

A COMPLETE RIP OFF. The guy came in, says he did work he did not do. Charged $ 600 for putting a piece of plastic handle on — says he «restored» 2 toilets. BTW the plastic did not solve the flushing problem on the ONE toilet he was asked to give a price for. Rooterman Plumber-​Guyton, GA

Terrible! Even though the people were nice, I will not call them again. I was having problems with my washer drain pipe backing up and overflowing when my washer would start pumping the water out. Called mr. rooter to have someone come to take a look at it and they looked, tried to use an auger with no outcome. My piping had apparently broken their auger wire and so they charged me for the wire even when the problem was not fixed. Will not be calling them again.
