We offer the «Full Spectrum Home Inspection» which includes appliances and major home components checked for factory recalls, termite inspection by our GA licensed inspector, the most thorough and comprehensive home inspection offered in the industry. Prism environmental specializes in indoor air quality and has been performing air quality, mold and radon testing since 2001. History

Established in 2001.

Prism Building Inspections was founded by owner and inspector Rick Simon in 2001. Since that time Prism has performed more than 6000 property inspections with thousands of termite inspections. Due to concerns and growing demand for mold and air quality the company was expanded in 2002 to include indoor air quality including mold and radon testing.

Rick has a life long passion for the building trades and has been involved in home construction for most of his career. Graduate of Eastern Michigan University School of Business. Founded Prism Building Inspections in 2001.
