Not sure if this positive review will even make the cut, but here it goes.
Never had an problems with preferred pest control. The technicians are very nice. Even if you have an unexpected problem they come out in a timely manner to get it taken care of.

We had the service and when our bathroom was over run with fire ants they were too busy with other customers to come and service the problem. When they finally did come it took multiple visits to get rid of the ants.
Then we find a snake in the house and again too busy to come inspect where it came in. Made an appointment for 2 weeks away. 2 days later got a call that they had other clients to service on that day and would not come to our home.
Spoke with manager and Owner Tim Jones and I was invited to find another service. I guess the warranty is only as good as the people who back it.
So if you do not want ants or snakes in your home pick a professional.
