Pogo’s Autoworks and Glass

Called for a few questions before I decided to have my car towed to their facility. Was immediately greeted on the phone as if I was wasting the woman’s time. I’m very much new to auto-​body work (never had a wreck before) but I cordially attempted to explain why I was calling. She continued to interrupt and berate me as if I was in the wrong for not immediately asking if I could get an estimate. She then proceeded to dismiss my questions in a cold tone, as if they were beneath her. I may not know much about having my chassis repaired, but I know a shitty secretary when I hear one, and this woman has left me never working with Pogo’s again. Avoid, unless you prefer to be handled with contempt and snob.

this place is wonderful!!! they fix my magnum that someone did a hit and run on. also i had taken my car to another auto shop. that painted my entire car. it was so bad and cost me a lot of money. steve and his staff did a wonderful job correcting all the problems. that the other shop did wrong, they even match the paint with out having the pain code. they are honest and wont cheat out of your money. my car looks like new money lol… thanks again pogo!!!

They fixed my car after an accident… And again two weeks later after my mom backed into it. Best part is they didn’t jerk me around. They finished ahead of schedule both times. Highly recommended. They are a preferred garage of State Farm by the way. I hope I don’t need them again soon but I’m glad they are here.
