Marshall performed excellent and very prompt service removing a difficult stain from our new carpet. Even though the stain was much larger and more difficult to remove than he expected, he still only charged me the amount he originally quoted over the phone. We will be using Islands Carpet Cleaners for all our cleaning needs in Savannah!
