The front desk staff and general manager are pleasant and helpful. The rooms do not have deep cleaning — food crumbs and debri under the beds. The property Is old and worn down. For the price not a bad look. Note however after dark there is a maintenance man that thinks he is the night watchman. Don’t make the mistake of lingering behind the steering wheel in the parking lot to send a text message before driving off or before going to your room. He quotes an unwritten policy not in the rental contract; not on the website; not posted on the property; and not recognized by corporate customer service. He makes the rules up as he goes… Save yourself the hassle — find another extended stay to rent when in Savannah.

I gave this place 1 star cause i could not it give zero, when I stayed there I was subject to discrimination from the staff and more specifically the manager(brandy). The premises is filthy and run down. One day at my job I got a call from management(brandy) demanding that I get out which cost me over 1000 dollars in moving and displacement, their regulations demand they give a person 7 days to leave I had until noon, and the only reason I did not prosecute this place is due to my lack of funds because I was in the army at the time. I have posted reviews before and I understand that they try and take them down because they look bad for being extremely discriminatory and are embarrassed about looking prejudiced. I urge people who read this to consider any other place before you waste a second of your life or a penny of your hard earned money on trash like this.

The management is very unprofessional, with the exception of Al. Also, complaints and repair requests are not handled in a timely manner. Another problem is the noise. I don’t mean just from the big trucks pulling in(many truckers stay here). Many of the people living here are loud and inconsiderate of other guests. Someone carpools to work everyday, and everytime the carpool pulls up the driver honks the horn repeatedly like he’s pulling up to someone’s private home or something; no respect for other guests! Housekeeping is horrible, and I swear they haven’t changed the comforters on the beds since the hotel was first built. My husband and I take it to the laundromat and wash it ourselves. There are pros to being here. The location makes it easily accessible to the major points of interest in and around Savannah. There’s an Applebee’s and Sonic right in front of it, so you can walk a couple of feet and get a great meal from one of these places. They have a pest control company that comes out on a regular to spray to keep insects out. Housekeeping services are provided weekly. They have full sized refrigerators and two-burner stoves which come in handy if you’re looking to cook your own meals to save on the cost of eating out. So, yeah, they’re not totally bad. They could definitely improve in many areas, though.

Great place to stay! Cost $ 200 for a week. They do make you pay another $ 50 deposit which you get back at the end of the week, I payed cash so at checkout got cash back. If you pay with a credit card I guess it takes 2 days to refund it back on the card. Big plus is the sonic right in front of it! Spent atleast $ 100 there ha but well worth it. Also a applebees in front to but did not bother going. A taxi from downtown savannah around river street was only $ 15 from yellow cab. When I go back to Savannah def staying again!
