I love this place. We’ve been to them only 3 – 4 times but each time their customer service has been insane.
Last week I was told by Savannah tire that I would need 4 new tires. I wanted to call Integrity to get a second estimate. The guy I spoke to at Integrity pulled up our last inspection report and told me that at that time, the tires looked totally fine and that we probably didn’t need new ones. The tire prices were comparable but I would absolutely go to Integrity because I trust them.
Their waiting area is really nice, too, which is good if you only have one car like me and need to spend some time waiting. And the first time I came here, around a year ago, I had planned to drop my car off and ride my bike back home (I’d put my bike in my car). The guy working offered to drive me home.
Their customer service cannot be beaten.

Prompt friendly service. I used them for oil change, brake pad installation, and sealing a leaky connection.

These guys are awesome! They truly have integrity. I brought my car in with a diagnosis from another auto repair place. The guys at Integrity let me know that I didn’t need that particular repair, but could benefit from a less expensive fix. Everyone was very kind and the waiting room was very pleasant.

Thank God for Integrity Auto! Craig and Michael are polite and professional, such a huge plus, particularly for a female. I went in with my ’98 Avalon to get my front right wheel bearing replaced and the cost ended up being less than the National average, per my Google search and comparison. They presented me with two options for parts, the first being of better quality and therefore more expensive. They advised that since my car is so old and has well over 200,000 miles on it, that it’d probably be in my best interest to just go with the cheaper part. What mechanic says that? Talk about true integrity, these guys are not trying to rip off their patrons or take advantage of women. I came back later that afternoon to pick up my car, it was ready when they said it would be, and they told me that they didn’t have the cheaper part in stock, so they gave me the better one, but still for the cheaper price. Wow! Even my dad was impressed by their courtesy and service. Dad Stamp of Approval! My car drives so much better now, I’m so grateful I found this place. Thanks, guys, I’ll always come to you with any car issues!

These have been my go to guys for the past 2 years! Craig and Michael are the best at communicating any current or potential needs and the guys at Integrity were absolute life savers when the mechanics at Dan Vaden Chevrolet did some piss poor repairs on my jeep after a car accident. Having an older vehicle with some serious mileage on it could easily be a cause of concern, but with these guys I drive with a little more confidence. Thanks fellas!

Their name says it all — I am a very content continuing customer, from the oil changes to larger repairs/​problems. They are the absolute best.

Great all around service! I will definitely be coming back. Along with the oil change for my 2008 Highlander they did a multi point inspection. They show you what is recommended by the manufacture as far as how to maintain the vehicle. They discuss any weak points and recommend a solution. Case in point: the air coming through the vents smelled weird, so I asked them to check the cabin air filter… that filter was disgusting. Great job/​service/​prices
I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and owned a lot of cars/​motorcycles. I’m telling you straight up, having a «go to» mechanic is worth it’s weight in gold.

Took old minivan in for inspection. Service was quick, thorough, and very reasonably priced.

Literally the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. Recently moved from Cincinnati and couldn’t be happier about finding this shop now that we’re permanently in Savannah. Corny as it may sound… The name is accurate. I’ve had issues with my vehicles here in Savannah and have taken them to other shops just to compare what they tell me and what they charge me. Integrity has always been more affordable, and way more approachable. Their customer service is legit. 5 stars all day.

Be aware!!! Here is my horrific experience with this company:
They completely overcharged to replace break lines and didn’t even completely replace them (unbeknownst to me). Any beginner level mechanic knows that if there are rusty, leaky break lines that all of them should be inspected and replaced, which is what I thought they did.
Come to find out they only replaced the front lines, and shortly thereafter (3 months) my rear line sprung a leak causing the vehicle to lose almost all my brake fluid. The exact same problem I brought the vehicle there for to begin with. It was a very dangerous situation to have occurred on the road. My wife was driving when it lost its brakes too… thankfully she wasn’t hurt. The fact that the manager didn’t want to replace these lines for fear of costing us, «hundreds more» is disgusting. He would rather risk her life than do the right thing. PS, it only cost $ 135 for the repair elsewhere not «hundreds» as he quoted. Not to mention my wife literally told them to fix ‘everything’ and the total bill was already near $ 2000. What is a few hundred more when it could prevent your customers from being seriously injured or killed? It’s obvious they made a beginner level mistake, and they just don’t want to take responsibility for it as far as the brake lines go.
Now onto the other poor business practices customers should be aware of. They double charged for labor on various other repairs. They replaced my brake pads, calipers and rotors on the same visit, charging approximately $ 160 in labor for both the brake pads and calipers. You have to take the calipers off to get to the brake pads to begin with. So in essence they charged labor for things they already did. They literally charged each repair as if they did it, put it back together, and then took it back apart again. A very sketchy practice that most people these days wouldn’t catch if they don’t know what goes into these repairs. I have the unfortunate pleasure of having done every one of these repairs to one of my previous vehicles and some…
The worst part about it is, I was deployed and they completely took advantage of my wife knowing that she doesn’t know much about mechanics. If I was here, I could have put a stop to this poor business practice before it started. When I looked at the receipt when I returned home I was literally astonished. Never before in my entire life have I experienced such deceit and dishonesty from a company. What costed me «hundreds more» was having the rotors replaced unnecessarily and a job half done. They would have easily lasted another 10−20k miles. If not more if they had just turned them and not done a complete replacement. The mark-​up this company does for their parts is just insane as well. The standard among most shops I encounter is about 15−20%. This one however is upwards of 75−125% depending on the part. I am completely disgusted with this auto body shop. There is no excuse for their poor business ethics.
I ended up taking my truck to another repair shop and they replaced my rear brake LINES (not just hoses like the manager would like to suggest) for $ 135 total… The same repair Integrity charged me about $ 755 for parts and labor. The other shop was very helpful and honest (a welcome change). I asked to go back and look at what they were doing and he brought me back into their shop. He described in detail the repairs they were doing and the areas of concern… I showed him the receipt from ‘Integrity’ and he just shook his head stating how he doesn’t understand how these places stay in business.
In closing just be careful if you decide to use this shop. They will smile to your face while doing their best to rip you off behind your back. Know what you want done and how much it should cost before going in. I even suggest getting a quote elsewhere first.

I was on my way back to Raleigh from a family vacation in Florida. The light for low oil turned on in my ACURA TSX and we made an appointment for oil change at this location. The service was extremely good and quick. They returned my car within 45 minutes and also did multipoint inspection. In particular I would like to mention Craig who helped us during the whole process. He was very professional and responsive.

This place is like home for any of your car needs, love the professional and friendly staff.

Quick work and great customer service. This will definitely be my go-​to for oil changes in Savannah from now on.
If you read the website and talk to the people, they go out of their way to show that they are not your typical lube shop that tries to pressure you to get extra services that you’re unsure whether or not you need.
Plus it’s locally owned, so you can feel good about it if that’s something that’s important to you.

A flat tired far from home and not looking to start out on the long ride back with a donut at the wheel so what does one do for repair? Look to Unilocal to help out of course! This place seemed to stand out from the other options in the area and coming here was a very friendly, well taken care of experience. No service really wasn’t ‘while I waited’. Though they had the tired the car needed, it did also need to be transferred from the warehouse. Bottom line — maybe a three hour process, BUT — with Über, a hotel in the area, and telling them it was not a rush and just something I needed before day’s end everything was good. It was delivered as promised and what I believe to be a fair price as well.

Hate to ding your guys perfect review. I’m sure you guys do a good job on normal cars but if you have a performance car with performance rims do not go here. They gouged the crap out of my 1000 dollar BBS rims on my 2015 STI and didn’t even offer to compensate me. If you know you can’t do the rim just tell me you can’t do it don’t go and F my rim and then tell me you couldn’t do it! Not happy at all!!! My rim is still not fixed. I was compensated 250 dollars to get my rim refinished not replaced. I would have to send 2 of my rims off to ATL with this company they recommended. Rent a car for a week and hope both rims come back in one peace. Seems like I would have to do all the foot work to get something that’s not my fault fixed. Over all nice little place. Upgrade my review to 2 stars for them doing all there owner would let them do.

The name says it all. These folks are the real deal. Full of all that auto knowledge I don’t have, and not gonna rip me off because I don’t have it. I trust them with my car all the way. I will continue to bring my business here and will always recommend integrity to others.

I have a 2004 Santa Fe that had a number of issues that needed to be addressed, including a burned out window motor with an open window… they were super helpful and efficient. They worked up a «To Do» list for me in order of priority fixes. Everything was clearly spelled out and the repairs were spot on. I didn’t feel like I was being nickel and dimed for a lot of extras. I went ahead and had everything addressed and my vehicle is running great.
I now have a trusted mechanic!

Gotta stick with the five-​star theme, no joke. There is a reason they have such great reviews! After a couple of weeks of refilling what I suspected was a slowly leaking tire nearly every other day, I went by Integrity this afternoon. They gave me a good time to return that wouldn’t require me to sit around too long, so we ran some errands, grabbed lunch, and returned 2 hours later. My vehicle was promptly taken into the bay and the tire examined. They found not one but two nails, but were able to patch the tire for an excellent (low) price. I was out of there less than 30 minutes after arrival, and they even made sure that all the tires were properly inflated. Their waiting area is comfortable and they offer free beverages, and they are very courteous to everyone who walks in. I will likely take my vehicle there for regular service.

Since I got tires and not something complex, it’s hard to tell how good they are.
On getting tires while on vacation:
PRO’s–
— They got me in in two hours and checked my flat quickly to see whether it could be repaired (puncture in the sidewall = no go)
— They ordered and sent someone to pick up my less common sized tires in just another two hours and called me as soon as they had them
— Prices were comparable to what I’m used to
— They have an overall attitude of actually caring and it shows
CON:
— It took over two hours to mount 4 tires.
— the guys at the front desk weren’t über-​knowledgable on comparing performance handling of available tires but. if you have «that car,» it’s your job to know your car and options, not the random shop you hit on vacation.
This would Definitely Absolutely be my first choice shop to visit on vacation.
