Hello Gorgeous The Salon

So happy to have found Joel Moore of Hello Gorgeous. I’m relatively new to Savannah and had tried five other salons; some with several visits and the stylists, although very nice and accommodating, were not listening. Joel gets it just right every time. I’ve never been asked as many times «Where do you get your hair done»? as I have been asked since visiting Joel. Just love it and feel confident I won’t walk out with little to no hair when I’ve just asked for a trim. Recommend him to anybody of any age.

Ladies! If you like to be pampered & want to feel «gorgeous», this is the place for you! When visiting this Salon you will feel as if you are a Princess and/​or a Movie Star, and you’ll be treated like a V.I.P.
From the moment you park, they have «Parking for Princesses». Once you enter the salon, someone is awaiting you with a greeting and your cape. You’ll be offered a beverage (if not ask).
The atmosphere is amazing! I loved the colors, furniture and décor.
Joel did my hair and was a character.
He will definitely have something entertaining to talk about while doing your hair. Make sure you book the extra time in your appointment for the conversation. It makes for good therapy! Lots of laughs.
Joel worked some magic on my hair using the Keratin product. I can’t believe how much time I am going to save by not having to spend so much time on my hair each day.
My hair is normally thick, very coarse, and very dry. Now my hair looks thinner, is silky smooth, it’s shiny, and it’s STRAIGHT!

I am from California and was really worried about finding a salon that could do my hair. I am not a Supercuts kind of girl and needed someone who knew how to color and cut hair… plus I am really picky. My stylist in California recommend Joel. He informed me Joel was great at what he did, has a lot of experience and he has won a lot of awards. If my stylist in California was recommending Joel then I knew he had to be good. WOW! Not only is he fabulous but he is friendly!!! I have been to many salons in my hunt to find the perfect stylist and Joel has exceeded my expectations. He listens to what I had to say and he has a knack for seeing what will look good. He doesn’t push what he wants to do. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I debated about giving him this review because I want to keep him to myself but I know what it is like to need a stylist.

The energy in this salon is fantastic and so are the stylist. Joel and Dennis are so great with hair. They are color and cut perfectionist! .
They also offer other services, makeup application for special events or everyday, which my daughter has tried and Ursula is wonderful at giving you that perfect makeup look for your event!
The shop is so cute and relaxing, just go you will be just gorgeous when you leave.

It is a great place! I went from shaggy to good looking in half an hour. Joel is great. He is highly recommended through out the fashion community. If you need to look your best for anything serious he can do it. And it will not break the piggy bank

I was married in Savannah this past weekend and was lucky enough to have Joel do my hair. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Coming from NYC and planning this wedding from afar, I had to trust a lot of recommendations, so I hope if you are looking, you trust this one. He did such a beautiful job on myself and my sister, who was my maid of honor. He came to the place where I was staying and it was such a nice relaxing time with him. I received so many compliments on my hair and owe it all to Joel. Also, getting the trial from him was so quick and easy. He knew exactly what I wanted. I would have Joel do my hair for any event, you should too :-)

From the minute that I called to make an appointment with this salon, it was a great experience. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning for a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a cup of coffee then was lead into the pedicure room. Ursula was fabulous and I want to return again and again. Everyone in the salon was warm, welcoming and chatty in a pleasant way. I had a great manicure and pedicure and learned that it is a full service salon with hair cutting and styling and waxing. What a great place and I am so glad I found out about this place.
