Our goal is to create a safe, friendly, reasonably priced apartment community within the Historic District of Downtown Savannah.
History
Established in 2007.
Green Growth 1 offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the Historic District of Downtown Savannah near Kroger’s and the Starfish Café.
GG1 is a locally owned small business consisting of several new and historic homes– so nearly every apartment is different. There is ample off street parking throughout the property and every apartment is on the Crime Free Housing participant list.
The neighborhood is constantly being maintained and upgraded so that every step taken is forward. A neighborhood park has been added and additional pervious paver parking spots are now in place. A community Garden was recently established (compliments of the Starfish Café) and The Co-Lab (an artist owned collaborative /art studio) has moved into the area.
Our pet friendly apartment homes are professionally managed and maintained. Come check us out– you will be impressed!
