Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport

I try to stay here as often as possible. Clean rooms friendly staff. Bartender Mike goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They should offer guests shuttle service to the local dining and shopping like they do in Atlanta Buckhead.

I travel much, and this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while traveling for business. Close to the airport and right off 95.
The suites have two spacious rooms with an equally big bathroom that has lots of floor space. I dread staying at hotels because I always end up missing the comfort of my own, but the bed here is probably one of the more comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.
It’s obvious this establishment takes pride in cleanliness and tidiness. Everything from the lobby to the room is meticulously well kept.
The complimentary breakfast is second to none, and so is the dining area. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well.
The location is away from the busy town district so it’s also nice and quiet.

Very nice hotel and close to the airport. Approximately 10 mins from downtown but far enough away to avoid the traffic of downtown. Hotel offers complementary bfast and reception at night. Clean, upscale. Would recommend to anyone staying in Savannah.

Definitely my hotel of preference when in town for business. I like to get away from the distractions of the historic district after work and dinner and it’s also close to the airport. (I recommend the Bohemian on the river when in town for pleasure). Good gym, indoor pool and rooms have lots of space. Their sundry bar is lacking, so make sure to pick up that type of stuff on the way in if needed.

Wonderful hotel with lots of nice extras. They have a very hearty breakfast included, as well as, a complimentary cocktails in the evening. The bartender remembered my drink of choice and was really nice. This place is worth the extra money when you factor in all you can drink for two hours every night and a good breakfast to help you over any hangover you might have.

Stopped once again on our journey from New Jersey to Florida and once again we weren’t disappointed. This time around the check in process was very slow even though the attendant was very friendly. The room on the 7^th floor was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I used the fitness center in the morning and it was spotless. The hot and cold breakfast in the morning was ok but not the best. The bagels were old and hard. The coffee was weak. Overall, the place was spotless and the price was very reasonable.

This is a great hotel by the airport. You don’t hear any noise which was wonderful. The hotel is new and modern and cutely decorated for Halloween. It was spacious and roomy and the beds were nice and comfy. Service was awesome and breakfast was fantastic. Will stay here again!

Felt right at home, clean comfortable rooms free evening coctails and an awesome breakfast. True suites, I got up early and was able to close the door to the bedroom while I caught the news in the living room without waking my wife. Coffee, fridge and microwave equipped rooms.

This hotel is just like home :). The suites are luxurious, with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and large bathroom. We received complimentary cocktails and appetizers upon check in. And complimentary breakfast, including made to order omlets!
All this for a very reasonable rate. Definitely will be back.

Nice new hotel with plenty of things around. Breakfast was good, but omelette line crazy (just like every other Embassy Suites though). Evening reception also nice. Rooms were clean and a decent size.

Room thermostat has a motion sensor. I set my room to a comfortable 70 degrees, went down to the lobby for a drink, came back up and my room was 77 degrees. Called down somone came to look at it said it was ok. it’s still 75 degrees in my room an hour later. Avoid this place at all costs. Only got 6 hrs of sleep for an important meeting the following day. Nice rooms and a great stay if your comfortable with a tropical climate in your room.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The customer service was atrocious. We arrived 30 mintues early and our room wasn’t ready, which was fine, but at the time of check in we still had to wait 15 mintues and the room still wasn’t ready so we were given another room. The woman who checked us in took her sweet time to help another customer even though we had been patiently waiting…
The room itself was nice and clean. But, the next day I had to ask for additional towels and housekeeping missed our room.
Then there was the matter of room service. I was placed on hold for 15 mintues and still had to walk downstairs to place an order. My husband was told he had been reading an old menu, so what he wanted was no longer available.
I figured I would relax in the «spa» hot tub, but when I went down there, it was out of service. Another major disappointment.
We ran out of coffee and visited the front desk late night, the woman stated she didn’t know where the coffee was kept so we would have to wait until morning for housekeeping.
But, the best was at checkout. My husband was told our room service bill was only $ 63, but as we’re driving back home, I receive a call that she overlooked a night of room service and it’s actually $ 135.
The room itself was the best part of this stay. The staff seem untrained and unprepared. We took a chance by not choosing one of Savannah ‘s downtown hotels and it was definitely not worth it.

We prefer to stay a Embassy anytime we travel. This by far was not the nicest Embassy. All of the staff were great! The complimentary breakfast was ok, I guess it depended on the cook for the day. One morning the eggs were undercooked and mushy and other «hot» items were cold. The next day it was better. The pool was horribly over chlorinated! I walked in with my three year old and left because just being in the room burned my nose and eyes. We did not use the pool. The rooms were the usual nice, clean, and comfortable. The AC did have a hard time keeping up with the 90+ degree temps. But the rooms were nice and cool at night.

Awesome stay. Will be our pits stop when traveling to the coastal GA and North FL regions. Great breakfast!

I am from the South, but these folks put the hospitality in Southern Hospitality. Free drinks from 5:30pm to 7:30pm the free breakfast is awesome. They have a short order chef who works magic with an omelet. The room is a suite. Words cannot do this place justice. It is a short distance from here to Savannah. Great stores and restaurants just minutes away. The hotel restaurant is also a treasure. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Nice new property with a few issues:
1) After our first night we noticed that our entire floor was not attended too. (I had family staying on the same floor and they didn’t have their room made up either) We each had to call to have someone come to clean. This only happened on the first day and had normal service throughout the rest of the stay.
2) The location is quite far from downtown Savannah. This was fine for this particular trip, but for the most part this is an «airport» hotel.
3) The card keys kept demagnatizing. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hilton properties this year and none had issues like this. I had to get the card reporgrammed 3 times for a 4 day trip. And yes, I kept the cards away from my phone and wallet.
4) They could not scale correctly for high demand for their free breakfast service. We went earlier in the day twice but got up later one day and wound up having to go to Panera Bread.
5) The air conditioning in the bedroom was not quite up to par and we went in Dec. I am afraid how it would be in the summer.
On a good note, the room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and the parking was plentiful.

This was my home base when I was in Savannah for the Rock n Roll Savannah Marathon. After looking at hotels in the historic district that would have cost me a lot of money over the course of a three day weekend, I decided that a cheaper hotel near the airport was a wiser choice. The hotel is gorgeous and all of the staff members were gracious. Check-​in and check-​out took less than five minutes and my room was spotless. They do offer free breakfast and room service, but the hotel is also convenient enough to many restaurants (Chick Fil A, Panera Bread, Ruby Tuesday, etc) if you are wanting to try something different. There is also a Walmart less than a half a mile from the hotel, and the hotel is situated right off the interstate for added convenience. Downtown Savannah is about 20 minutes away.
The only con I have have about this Embassy Suites is that it is situated in a hard to find spot (it’s actually behind the Home Depot way off the main road). There are no signs on the major road indicating where the hotel is and it’s easy to pass. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This is our family’s stopping point on our yearly drives to Orlando. It is the perfect distance and perfect place to stop after a long day of driving!
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is really hospitable. The rates are a bit higher than other hotels nearby but it includes a HUGE buffet breakfast and manager’s reception. We also love having the extra bedroom with separate living room.
The convenience location right off 95 is so nice after driving all day.
We will continue to stay here every time we pass through.

Excellent choice. It may cost you a few dollars more than some others. Especially within the hilton chain, but worth it.
It is newer, cleaner and just simply a smart layout. Great beds and breakfast.
