Chatham Parkway Lexus

I used to be one of those folks that didn’t understand why people buy luxury cars…
Now — thanks to Kerry at Chatham Parkway Lexus — I completely understand!
You’re paying for a great automobile — but you’re also paying for the customer service that goes along with it. When my parents’ Lexus wouldn’t start — Geico Roadside Assistance towed it to Savannah (closest dealership) all the way from Darien. Once the issue was resolved — my 77 year-​young Mother called me to report that she was now going to have to find someone to drive her up there to retrieve it.
I called customer service and explained the situation — and Kerry told me not to fret — to let her make a few calls! She called me back in less than 15 minutes and assured me that she would come in early on Friday and follow the porter down and give him ride a back.
I was blown away by her willingness to help out instead of ‘passing the buck’ — along with how quickly she managed to resolve the situation.
Thanks, again Kerry — you’re a super star!

This lexus store always charge me more with less personality almost non appreciative the lady Jessica is awesome but i rarely get her and when I don’t_ I get less consideration and seem to pay more. I think I will choose my South Florida Lexus stores in the future. This store is incredibly beautiful but the service here is not as considerate as a whole than any other Lexus store I have been serviced.

The worst service experience of my life. I was in Savannah for a short time and the engine light came on. I took the vehicle for diagnostics and ended up have an oil change, tire rotation, and the tab was well over $ 500. The hourly labor charge was over $ 150/​hour and the service manager was apathetic and indifferent. The worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Total rip off price wise and bad attitudes from the service manager. Never again.
