Chatham cab service is brilliantly organized by a family that gives each passenger a wonderful welcome to Savannah. They are each extremely friendly and informative. We highly recommend them. Prompt, Professional & Personal! I received excellent customer service having placed an online reservation request and received a confirmation call within minutes. I scheduled a private driver from Savannah Airport to Beaufort, SC. My flight ended up getting delayed yet they were on top of the flight status and were at the airport sign in hand waiting for me in baggage claim. Luggage retrieved and placed in vehicle for me. Truly felt like a friend picking me up from the airport with the friendly conversation the entire drive. I highly recommend them for any car service needs. If the above average service doesn’t sell you the pricing should, very economical!

The nicest drivers around! Got picked up both times with kind courteous drivers. The minivans are clean and smell good. My last trip with them– my driver was at the hotel 25 minutes early! And waited without any problems. We were ready so we headed to the airport in no rush. These guys are real professionals. And they accept credit cards!

Due to his outgoing, friendly, and punctual customer service with a total Southern hospitality, Stacy was such a truly wonderful guy to ride with, so I’m definitely going to do it again whenever I can come back to visit Savannah in the near future. I highly recommend it, that’s for sure.

When we called for a cab, we were told it would take approximately 20 minutes for them to get to us. The driver was right on time. After we told her it was our first visit to Savannah, she was kind enough to share some tips regarding the area, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use this service again during our stay.

I was about to leave for work in the morning and all of sudden, my car is not starting! I started to panic, worrying about being late for work. I looked up cabs on Unilocal and this one popped up first with great reviews. I called and my cab driver Melanie was at my house in 5 minutes! She opened the door for me, introduced herself and was super nice. The cab was really clean and cool. She had me at work, safely, within 5 minutes. I am so happy I called Chatham cabs, my panicked start to the morning had subsided within minutes. THANK YOU MELANIE!

This is a very reliable taxi service in Savannah, operated by the owner, Stacey, and his wife. The taxi is clean and comfortable. On my early morning trip to the airport the driver was going to be a few minutes late and called ahead before the prearranged time to confirm.

Superb service! Despite my being all the way out on Tybee Island the driver/​owner was there in no time! Plus, great recommendations for my next trip!

If you want to make sure you get some place actually on time and in comfort, then I’d suggest Chatham Cab company.
We were so impressed by their service, especially in contrast with the other shuttle and taxi companies in the area.
Use them, if you need to be sure to get somewhere and want a charming old school Scannable experience.

Said they’d be here in 25 minutes. Took them an hour and 25 minutes. Called to cancel and they weren’t even apologetic.

Called Chatham for a cab, and they answered promptly. Told me when to expect the cab, and then received a call from the driver with a revised ETA. Drive was pleasant and driver was professional.

Used Chatham cab for a very early morning trip from The Landings to Savannah airport. Showed up early (despite the ridiculous hour in the morning) got us there early and charged a very reasonable fee! Clean comfortable car, polite careful driver, what else could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Prompt and courteous service. We chose this cab on the positive feedback and we are completely satisfied. I called before our trip to get an idea about pickup at the train station. Spoke with Stacy the owner. He gave a few tips and his cab was waiting on us when we arrived. Cab was clean comfortable.

My ride to the Savannah airport with Chatham Cab was extremely fast and a lot of fun! My driver Stacy was friendly and a great guy. Booking over the phone was quick and easy, and Chatham is totally reliable. I’d ride with them any time.

Called them twice for a taxi while in Savannah and someone came promptly to pick us up in a clean car. We had mentioned that we would be needing a ride to the airport later on that day, and the driver even arrived at our hotel preemptively to give us a ride. Both drivers were friendly and helpful.
We were staying at the Eliza Thompson House and they had called a cab for us once. The cab that came barely ran, the driver could hardly speak English, and there was sticky stuff all over the seat. He also claimed the meter was broken and charged us a few dollars more than Chatham. We were scarred since we are used to a clean car with a courteous driver, after using Über at home. Chatham Cab came to the rescue thankfully and met our expectations.

I called for a cab at 9:57 a.m. and was told someone would give me a call when the cab was on the way. At 10:20 I called to see what was up. No one answered. Called again, same. After a couple more attempts I gave up and used another cab service. No one from Chatham Cab ever called me.
