Kathleen Aderhold, P.C. provides legal services in the following areas of law: family and matrimonial, juvenile, criminal, estate, contracts (pre and post nuptial agreements), litigation and small business. Additional services include attorneys trained as domestic mediators, collaborative law attorneys and Guardian Ad Litems.

We establish long term relationships with our clients as the «go to «family attorney; if we cannot provide a client with an answer or service, we will assist them in finding an attorney. The firm will often remain involved as co-​counsel, at the request of the client.

History

Established in 1996.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University and Georgia State College of Law, Ms Aderhold was a legal assistant to a Chief Superior Court Judge and was an associate in a general civil law firm. During this time she recognized the need for families to have a Family Attorney.

As a Family Law firm, Kathleen Aderhold, P. C is well versed in the current legal and philosophical/​procedural trends in Family law. The firm has a Domestic Mediator, a Guardian Ad Litem and a Collaborative Law Attorney available for clients, as well as a litigation/​trial attorney. Kathleen Aderhold, P.C. has been honored as «Savannah Lawyer of the Year» in 2009 and 2010 by Connect Savannah & Savannah Magazine, has been recognized by the Sate Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project, and has received the Supreme Court Justice’s Professionalism Award.
