In general, have always had good service here and found what I needed at decent prices. Monogramming does not cost extra. The only problem I had was when I was out of town the week before school started and I tried to order new PE uniforms and shirts with a credit card. The young girl who answered the phone seemed flustered about this and said she would have someone call me back. Which never happened. So I was forced to make the purchase from another company which is also good, but not as convenience to me.
