Meet the Manager
Susan H.
Manager
Susan has been with KinderCare since 1997 and has worked at this location as Center Director since 2007. Previously, she has been a Director in Eden Prairie, MN and Virginia. After starting as a teacher with the company in 1997, Susan became an Assistant Director and then Director. She enjoys this role as it has the ability to impact the greatest number of children. It is a responsibility she doesn’t take lightly. Since earning her Childcare Management Diploma, Susan has stayed abreast of developments in the Early Childhood Education field through the Minnesota Child Care Association (MCCA) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). In her free time, Susan enjoys reading and watching her son play hockey and baseball.
