I purchased a vehicle in March and it is now June and still awaiting a title… Ive called multiple times and the response I received from the owner is that they «lost my folder» and I would have to send in another copy of my ID and date of birth to get the process rolling and they will have my title mailed out by friday ⁵⁄₂₉ well I called without an answer I will be going up there today and I better get a good answer on why they have not proceeded with giving me my title. I also filed with the attorney general concerning this matter which is very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t understand how they are even still in business after all the complaints I’ve read so far. But if I have to take this to the next level I will. There is no reason a business who services others should be giving bad service.
