D. Fong’s specializes in cooked to order Cantonese and Szechuan style cuisine. Because our entrees are made fresh, we can customize each order to our customer’s liking (ex — adding spice to one entrée or removing mushrooms from another). We can accomodate special menu requests such as no MSG or no salt. We even offer a Gluten-free menu for those who have Celiac disease.
